This spiritual war is not taking place between man and God as you have incorrectly stated it is a war between Man and the Devil which is a physical reference to the negative energy that passes through us all that born unto this world. We are fighting this distraction physically while spiritually the angels are at War to motivate while others continue false prophecy and distractions of idolatry, comfort, and wealth.
